St. John the Baptist

As we joyful remember our 120th Parish  Anniversary, celebrated on April 23rd 2022, the Feast Day of St. Adalbert ,we have many to thank and much to be thankful for. We are thankful to God for all He has done and continues to do for us. For our founding families who started our church to worship God and raise their children in faith and prayer. We are thankful for all who volunteered to organize the celebration, clean, and decorate the church. For Bishop Robert McClory, Father Alphonse Skerl, Father Stanley Dominik and Father Stephen Gross both sons of the parish, Father Walter Rakoczy former pastor and Father Mark Peres current pastor for celebrating the Mass. Thanks to Brian Marciniak and the  St. John Choir for the beautiful singing. Thanks to the volunteers who decorated and served us and cleaned up after us at St. John Panel Room. A delicious light meal was followed by a beautifully decorated  and yummy cake donated by Kerry Moore of Calumet Bakery. The evening of Christian fellowship was enjoyed by all. We thank our friends at St. John the Baptist for helping out and celebrating with us.
